Prefixa International, Inc. announces investment by a Silicon Valley company, Electroglas, Inc. and a joint product development agreement.

Prefixa International, Inc., a Mexican company with offices in Puebla, Mexico and San Jose, California, announces the signing of an agreement with Electroglas, Inc. of Silicon Valley that will include an investment by Electroglas in Prefixa and the development of OEM products based on Prefixa proprietary technology to meet Electroglas global requirements.

According to Dr. Miguel Arias, CEO and founder of Prefixa, "We are committed to deliver the advanced image processing products that Electroglas has specified to meet it's customer needs. We really appreciate the support we have received over the past two years from United States - Mexico Foundation for Science (FUMEC) and the Technology Business Accelerator Program at Silicon Valley (TechBA) supported by the Mexican Ministry of Economy. This support has enabled us to commercialize our proprietary technology to generate both revenue and jobs that benefit the development of the high technology sector in Mexico."
